Infinity Gold Coast is a premier Gold Coast tourist attraction. Digital Glare partnered with Infinity Gold Coast to develop their website and integrated ticket booking system. The ticket booking system was built on Digital Glare’s proprietary eCommerce platform CoolShop and integrated with a designated payment gateway and Vision6 electronic direct marketing platform. The ticketing system allowed Infinity Gold Coast to not only sell, process and issue tickets online but also automatically trigger purchase confirmations, booking reminders and other relevant marketing communications. The ticketing system also houses a comprehensive reporting backend that can be used to track and profile consumer purchase behaviors.
